Online Movie Rental – What Is So Good?
By ClipFreeFunnyVideo.com
Online movie rental companies are popping up everywhere now. What started just a short while ago as a sort of strange new concept is now quickly becoming a standard in movie renting. Even the big name video rental stores are beginning to start their own online movie rental deals to get in on the action before its too late.
There are some nice benefits in online movie rental deals. The most attractive aspect I think is the fact that there aren’t any late fees. I can’t stand late fees, some movie rental stores can be really annoying about them. You have to pay five bucks just for the privilidge of borrowing their cheaply mass produced DVD that they purchased in bulk for a dollar each, then you are subject to a hefty fee if you’re even a few hours late in returning it. With so many alternative options, such as online movie rentals, I find myself going to video rental stores less and less often.
Another great thing about online movie rentals is the price. For somewhere around 20 dollars a month you can rent as many movies as you can within their fairly generous limits. The limits on online movie rental deals vary, but I’m allowed three movies at any one time with mine. Thought that may not sound like a lot for over 20 bucks a month, if I watched them all in one day and sent them back in I’ll usually get three new ones within two days.
So, theortically, if I was especially determined to get my money’s worth I could watch upwards to 50 movies in a month. With online movie rental deals you’re really only limited by your own free time and by the selection of movies they have.
The online movie rental company I’m using is Netflix, and I’ve been overall quite happy with them. They seem to be one of the leaders of this new online movie rental industry, and have an excellent selection of videos. They always have a good stock of the more recent releases, but additionally have some of the most random and obscure DVDs you’d ever want.
Online movie rental is the way to go in my opinion, and I think the video rental stores are beginning to realize it. The rare occasions I do visit a video store now, they’re always much less crowded than before, and I see signs everywhere promoting their online movie rental deals.
